This frilly, silky top-down triangular shawlette was inspired by the long ribbons of kelp that wash up on the shore around this time of year.
Knitting: Shrug / Bolero
This soft, airy shrug is perfect for wearing in the summer to keep off breezes when you’re wearing a sleeveless top. I chose to make it in a lightweight yarn with a slight halo, but it would also look beautiful in cotton or silk, or made in a heavier yarn on larger needles for winter.
