The original Little Birds stitch pattern is from A Treasury of Knitting Pattens by Barbara Walker. I altered that pattern for knitting in the round on a 24 stitch repeat to make these mittens.

The first sample was knit with KnitPicks Essential in Pine and Ash. The second pair was knit with our own Mixed Breed single ply yarn.
