This is a pattern for Sock Dolls made on a 72 needle CSM (Circular Sock Machine) but could easily knit on a flat bed knitting machine or hand knit in the round.

Relive the 70’s! These little guys just make you smile, and spread peace and love. Whether you are new to trolls or remembering them from years ago these they are happy to be apart of your life.

This little fella is ready to fly away! He or She flies helicopters, jets, planes… if its in the air he’s in it. What a comfort he can be for little ones missing family, or pilots missing family and friends. Let him protect you and celebrate our brave military heroes.

This is a little sock doll nurse or doctor. She is about 9” tall. You can make a boy or girl, add a ponytail, or bun in the back. I have made many of these to thank the medical professionals that help our family so very much and give so selflessly to see to our comfort and health. This is a quick relatively simple project to make.

This is a sock doll knitted on a circular sock machine. You only need bits of leftover yarn for these dolls. I use a fine sock or fingering yarn. Most of the yarns I use are acrylic, however, you can use wool sock yarn also. Knit Picks stroll or Felici has many lovely colors to choose from.
