This pattern is a celebration of our return to The Netherlands after half a lifetime abroad. I wanted to make something typically Dutch. These beautiful canal houses can be found in any Dutch city.

I designed this hydrangea for my mother’s 80th birthday. I used two colors of Scheepjes Maxi Sweet Treat and three different sizes of hook to get a variation in color and size.

Freddie’s Dance is a long and wide scarf/wrap that can be worn in many different ways. It is a joy to make. Lots of repetitions so you can binge watch your favorite series, yet with enough variation to keep it interesting. Use bright, bold colors and it becomes bohemic, use soft neutrals for sophistication.

Mandala in a square. 40 x 40 cm, crocheted with E-3.5 mm hook. Can be made into pillow, blanket, bag, wall hanging, etc.
