For the scarf pictured, I used US 6 (4.00mm) knitting needles and worsted weight yarn. I used an entire cake for this pattern. This pattern can be easily adjusted to use thicker yarn or larger needles.

This is a sweater made to fit an 18 inch doll like the American Girl doll. Though I did not add buttons to the pattern, those can be added, knitter’s choice as to where along the button band.

A double thick brim can be added to the pattern if desired.
