Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Yet another cable sock pattern? Yes, these socks have cables. They are still far away from being boring basic socks: Cables flow from cuff to heel and all the way till toes. Cables continue to heel flap and toe decreases - these details make the socks just the right amount of special!

Knitting: Scarf
Kaarna means bark in finnish. scarf is as unique as the bark of a tree: Slightly differently alternating cables, bobbles and ribbing for an interesting texture, like the surface of a pine tree. Additionally the inspiration was drawn from the yarn and its colour: Scarf was designed in collaboration with Finnish yarn and crafts company Willawantt...

Knitting: Neck / Torso - Other
Vilja collar keeps your neck warm and cozy during the colder months. Yarn and pattern reminded me of fields full of growing wheat, rye and barley. They weren´t called Raparperi at first, but when I realised the similarities between rhrubarb and my design, I could not unsee it: Long, curved stalks and frilly top. Raparperi socks are knitted toe up using magic loop. Simple stitch pattern continues from instep to the cuff. Instead of ribbing there´s a cute...

Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Metsäpolku socks were inspired by Finnish nature: Streams , leaves and twigs when spring makes forests awake again after long winter. Metsäpolku actually means forest trail in finnish. Stitch pattern is a combination of leaf lace, bobbles and moss stitch. Part of the stitch pattern was inspired by Hitomi Shidas Japanese knitting stitch bibble.

Knitting: Ankle Sock
Lyydi summer socks are named after my grandma, who tought me to knit when I was 5 years old. She sadly passed away in 2020, but her memory continues to live in my knitwear.
