Crochet: Scarf
This is a easy scarf pattern for beginners that won’t leave you bored. I used a lightweight yarn because the mesh pattern is great for Spring or Fall, but it can be made with any weight yarn and corresponding hook.
Crochet: Scarf
Who doesn’t love a little play on words? As the title suggests, this scarf is made of bean stitches between strings of long double treble stitches. Both are a little tricky for beginners, but with some practice this scarf will fly off the hook!

This pattern is a play off of our “Making Tracks Shawl” pattern. This time we will be making our train tracks through fields of wild flowers by using a variegated color for the larger sections and a coordinating solid color for the tracks. You can make more or less repeats to change the size of your shawl. So easy!
Crochet: Poncho
Our climbing leaf shawl patterns have been some of our best selling. Leaves are wonderful for Fall or Spring and not hard to do. I have enjoyed coming up with different ways of combining the climbing leaf design with the shell pattern. This poncho came out exactly the way I envisioned. I couldn’t be happier with it! The best part is, we never h...

Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
This shawl design is a reminder that you don’t have to use cake yarn from beginning to end. You can separate the colors in a yarn cake and use them how you want! You can use any weight of yarn you want in as many colors as you want. Go wild with color!
Crochet: Baby Blanket
I love how flexible square blanket patterns are. You can make more or less repeats to change the size. You can use thin yarn or thicker yarn. Each option changes the look of the blanket, but the pattern stays the same. So easy!
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
It’s always fun to use your crochet talents for a good cause. I decided to do a craft show with some of my favorite cat themed items and give a portion of the sales to a feral cat rescue. I wanted to design a cat themed shawl for the event. I was pleased that the repeat for the cat stitch was able to be adapted to a triangle shawl pattern.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
Sometimes you have a specialty yarn that you love, but you don’t want to make a whole project with it. This pattern was designed to use some shimmering yarn and some fuzzy yarn together to make a really beautiful shawl that has just a touch of glam. I thought this was the perfect opportunity to add a wide collar of fuzzy yarn to the top of the ...
Crochet: Baby Blanket
This blanket is made of simple stitches that come together to make a visual impact. The pattern is a repeat of horizontal lines and vertical lines. It is technically a 12-row repeat, but it is really quite simple and not at all hard to remember.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
They say that opposites attract. We probably all know a case where that is true. This shawl features two sections that have lines going in opposite directions. It also has opposite colors: one light, one dark. The two sections come together to make a visually appealing design.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
We don’t always agree with the people in our lives. We often have “opposing” points of view. I’ve learned that it’s okay to agree to disagree. We can still come together and make life beautiful.
Crochet: Scarf
I love the look of cabled stitches. They are so pretty and look so intricate. This pattern features linked hearts that go up the center and large twisted cables on the sides. These hearts and cables are not too hard to do once you get the hang of it!
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
Valentine’s Day is all about love, right? Love can come in many forms, including love for a parent, a friend, or a complete stranger. This is a great shawl to make as a donation to charity. It reminds us to have an open heart toward others, no matter who they are.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
Winter is a time when I am so grateful that I can snuggle up with something warm around my shoulders. This shawl is fairly dense, making it great for colder weather. The textured stitches are easy to do and they create a beautiful ribbed look.

A one skein gift that works up quick!! Holidays and birthdays sneak up on me all the time. This is a quick and easy pattern to have ready for those unexpected situations. All you need is one skein of Yarn Bee Soft and Sleek Chunky.
Crochet: Poncho
A poncho is something easy to throw on over your outfit to keep your arms and torso warm in chilly weather. It can also be used to dress up your outfit for a special event. Caron Crystal Cakes have a beautiful mix of colors and a metallic thread at the core that will help you do that.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
Christmas is a time of giving. Whether you need a quick gift for a friend or you want to make something to donate to charity, this pattern will fit the bill! It is called Tea For Two because I used one cake of Caron Tea Cakes to make two hats. (I even had some left over.) The best part is, this hat only takes 45 minutes to make!!
Crochet: Baby Blanket
The Call The Midwife Blanket is a very popular pattern. It is so loved because it is easy to do and pleasing to the eye. I have only seen a few other variations of this blanket. I thought it would be cute to have a snowflake version for Winter.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
I love all the designs you can make with filet crochet patterns. This is our classic pocket shawl with a snowflake filet border on the sides. It is a fairly easy and effective way to add a wintery touch to a favorite accessory!
Crochet: Throw
I really enjoyed making the Evergreen Blanket last year. I thought it would be fun to make a chevron version of it this year. I love how the peaks and valleys of the chevron pair with the open spaced rows to continue the Midwife square design. It’s what I call a crochet blessing!
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
This shawl is the third in a series of Fall leaf shawls I did using the climbing leaf pattern. It is technically an asymmetric shawl, but the dimensions end up being more like a regular triangle. With one cake of yarn you get a nice sized shawl that is lightweight and drapy and soooo soft!
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
There are a lot of pocket shawls out there. Ours is a little bit different. This pattern features a solid center and solid pocket with a lacy leaf pattern on either side. It is perfect for cooler Fall weather. This pattern has a couple more advanced stitches, but is still pretty easy and quick to work up.

The square neck and alternating sections of double crochet and granny stitch reminds me of the granny merge square blanket. The shape of this blouse is a wide rectangle. The length is a crop length and the sleeves are wide and open. The result is a drapey, loose, boxy blouse. This tutorial will explain how to customize your size rather than giv...

There’s a reason the corner to corner stitch is so popular. It is easy to do and is soooo versatile! This pattern adds a twist to the traditional C2C design. Every other row is done with the bead stitch. It might look complicated, but it adds a fun and unique texture to this classic favorite!

Bruges (brooj) Lace is a technique of crocheting a long tape of short rows and connecting them with chain loops to the subsequent tapes. Traditional bruges lace has a signature rounded corner or “u-turn” at the end of each row. Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
I have seen this flower design used as a border before. I thought it would make a wonderful shawl or scarf with some solid rows in between. I decided to make my flowers a different color, but you could make it all one color. (See my scarf example.)
Crochet: Cowl
I absolutely love hand-dyed yarn! However, it does tend to be more expensive and therefore I usually only buy one skein. That means I need a one-skein project that will show off the beautiful colors of my lovely new yarn. This cowl is named “Summer Breezes” because it was June when I was designing it, but it will work just as well for Fall bree...

The 4th in our crochet filet flowers series! These flowers were patterned after the Johnson’s Blue Geranium. Oddly specific, I know, but I like the way the flowers work with the hummingbirds. I can just see them out in nature together. This lightweight shawl is a perfect accessory for Spring and Summer!

Crochet: Scarf
It took me over a year to come up with the right stitch pattern for this scarf. I wanted something that started at a point, carried the angled center throughout and ended at a point. Let’s face it, some yarns just look better knit. I’m not a knitter, so I often use the moss stitch for those yarns. I think it looks similar to knit and allows the colors of the yarn to work in a similar way. I used Willow Yarns Mural for this pattern, though it will work with any size yarn and hook to achieve your desired project.

Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
The half hexagon makes a good shawl for people who don’t like the long point of a traditional triangle shawl. The wide width and shorter height leaves plenty to wrap around the shoulders. The ridged lines emphasize the hexagon shape and break up the eyelet sections.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
I love gradient yarns and this one is very unique! I wanted to come up with a pattern that would let the yarn speak for itself and still have an interesting design. As you complete more rows, the shawl becomes wider. At the same time, as the blue fades to green, the large sections fade to small.
