Knitting: Shrug / Bolero
This pattern is made using a CSM. Any cylinder size can be used. This garment is written as a one size fit all. Sleeve length can be changed by increasing or decreasing the number of rows of ribbing. As written the pattern used 874 yards of any sock yarn.

The snowflakes are made out of I-cord made on a circular sock machine. They may be made by hand or another I-cord machine but would require hand manipulation. Any finger or sock weight yarn will do. Starching and blocking are necessary.
