Knitting: Applique / Embellishment
I am so sorry! I accidentally uploaded the wrong PDF. I really apologize for the inconvenience. I am uploading the correct one now.
Knitting: Animal Toy
I have long loved the little Koda Bear from Joan Beebee and have done a number of them as gifts.
Knitting: Doll Clothes - Other
Here is a set of scrubs (pants, top and mask) to fit the Koda Redux bear.
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
I hate to throw a half used bar of soap away so did these little bags to keep in the shower to put the half used bar of soap into so I can use it completely up. Kind of a washcloth with soap in the middle sort of thing. Thought I’d have fun playing with some basic lace patterns. I imagine you could also use the bags for potpourri, coins, candy ...
Knitting: Doll
This is a rewrite of the original Lynne Coles “Faith” pattern. It is rewritten to be in the round. There is still some sewing, but not near as much.
Knitting: Doll Clothes - Other
Toys often seem to look cuter with clothes on, and of course children love to take things off and on.
Knitting: Hanging Ornament
I found a number of Christmas light patterns, some free, some paid, but didn’t find one that exactly appealed to me construction wise.
Knitting: Pillow / Cushion
These pillows combine two things I really enjoy - pillows and mosaic colorwork.

Knitting: Pillow / Cushion
I love pillows. They are cuddly, comfortable, decorative, fun to make and don’t require a huge investment of time or materials. I’ve been experimenting with different shaped and varieties and this is the neck pillow.

Knitting: Hats - Other
I uploaded a corrected pdf today - I hope it is completely correct now. Thank you to those of you who let me know about errors! I tried to write it to make it a little easier to understand on the short rows. Please make sure you have the latest version.
Knitting: Hats - Other
I love the free Knitty Fish Hat and all of the great modifications people have made. I made many of my own and kept adding notes to my Ravelry projects. So I decided to combine all my modifications in one pattern and post it. Here are a few things I wanted to do with this pattern.
Knitting: Doll
Uploaded corrected pattern on 6/4/16 to fix a few minor errata in hat portion. Should say begin knitting with HAT color yarn. Round 3 and Round 6 should both read as follows: Section 1: k6 Section 2: k6 Section 3: k2 pause for housekeeping k4 Section 4: k6. Hope this didn’t cause anyone problems!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Continuing with my love affair with Left Twist Slips and fun with bobbles, the bobbles and twists on this hat are just random. You really wouldn’t even need a pattern, but in case you don’t want to think about it, the rounds are all written out for you.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Have uploaded a corrected pattern to fix the following minor errata: Main Pattern Round 7 should read as follows: * k3, LT-slip, k4, LT-slip, k1* (thanks twogreen for catching the mistake!).
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
The Left Twist Slip is very cool. It makes a neat little line of left leaning stitches that march across the work. There is no set up round to work, it all happens in one quick stitch. It’s easy and there is a tutorial.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
The Left Twist Slip is very cool. There is no set up round, you just do the whole thing in one quick step. It makes a neat little line of left leaning stitches that march across your work. It’s not hard at all.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Another easy cable hat. This one adds a little more fun since you double wrap some stitches and drop them when you cable. Much easier than it sounds. A mini tutorial is included.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This is an easy cable hat, only involving 4 stitches at a time. It’s easier than it looks and there is a mini tutorial or two to help if you need it.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This is a very easy cable, basically 2 rounds repeated over and over except for a little difference on the cable rounds (every 6th round). If you have never done cables before, this would be a good one to start. It is much easier than it looks. The cable only involves 4 stitches and is held to the front. Easy peasy.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This wasn’t my favorite of the cable patterns I’ve worked up since it seemed to pull the yarn a little more than I liked. But the cable is a neat design (it was adapted from the Vogue Stitchionary Cables book). Since I had it written up, I decided to go ahead and post it. Who knows, maybe it’ll really speak to one of you. The small cables are w...
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
If you’ve never done a whole pattern knitting the knit stitches through the back loop, you should give it a try, and this is the pattern to do it. You can certainly work this easy pattern without doing the whole back loop thing, but if you try it, I think you’ll see it adds a touch of elegance to your stitches. It just looks really cool. The pi...

The Left Twist Slip is very cool. There is no set up round, you just make it in one quick stitch. It makes a neat little line of left leaning slipped stitches that march across your work. So many possibilities! It’s not hard at all, you’ll get the hang of it very quickly. There are some mini tutorials to help if you need it.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I am not a huge fan of slouchy hats but this stitch seemed to lend itself particularly well to a slouchy pattern and I know a lot of people love them.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This hat is a very easy knit/purl repeat that looks like it has been quilted.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I really like ribbed hats. They work well for men or women, look good, and are stretchy to accomodate different size heads. This is another of my favorites. It has a little decorative border that looks like (but isn’t) a cable stitch. Very easy. This hat could easily be done using just the pattern rounds for the whole thing.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Lacy little hat (can you tell I’m running out of names?!). It isn’t hard and there are complete directions. Has a trinity stitch border.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Easy knit/purl hat with a trinity stitch border for a little challenge and interest.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Very neat way to add design to your project using slipped stitches. This is very easy (really!). There are complete directions and some mini tutorials to help if needed.

Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This is a great way to use up those odds and ends of colors where you don’t quite have enough to make something, You can be as random or organized as you want in adding colors, it’ll look cool either way. You can knit until you absolutely run out and just start your new color there, or do it at the beginning of round marker. It won’t matter muc...
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This is very easy. You purl and slip every other round, but since half the stitches are slipped, the purling is really minimal. This pattern creates a nice, almost double layer fabric.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Very easy and basic pattern. No fancy stuff, just knit and purl. The purls make it look embossed so it comes out quite pretty.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This was not my favorite pattern as far as hats go, a little too lacy for my taste, but it is pretty and is quite easy. I actually think the crown treatment would be pretty on another hat pattern and may try that one of these days.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This is so simple and one of my very favorite hat patterns so far. The lines are clean and would look nice on a hat for a man or a woman.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This was adapted from a stitch pattern in Vogue Stitchionary. The technique is similar to the one used in my Hat #6 Diamond Lifts. It is much easier than it looks and I’ve tried to include plenty of directions.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
The simple slip stitch has been a go-to for hat patterns fo me for a long time. It is SO EASY but it looks good. You can easily adapt it by putting the slipped stiches closer together or farther apart, depending on the look you want. It looks good with both solid and variegated yarns. And did I mention it’s easy!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Easy hat with a ribbing pattern that looks a little different. It is nice and stretchy. Few mini tutorials with pictures to help if you need it.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This type of work (where you lift up loose yarn) is very easy but can look very elegant. Several mini-tutorials with pictures to help. Pattern is long because it is written out completely, round by round.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
An easy lacy hat. Several mini tutorials are included if you need a little extra help.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I’m not usually a huge fan of plain old knit/purl patterns but I really like how this one came out, very springy and stretchy. There are a couple of little mini tutorials at the end if you need them. An easy knit. Will fit average head size adult. Pattern is long because I like every round written out.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This is an easy little lacey hat. Once you get the hang of a few stitches, it’ll be a breeze. You just put them into different orders to create the design.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This is an easy little hat with a bit of design to it. The colors are added using a slipped stitch technique that is very easy and adds a little interest.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
Put an updated pdf with this pattern on 1/19/2016. I tried to make it a little clearer in response to a question (thanks for the input by the way!).
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
This is a little knitted towel topper that completely encloses the rough edge of a cut cloth so there is no ugly side. It is a quick knit and could make a quick little gift to make. The directions are extensive with many pictures. A very easy knit.
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
This one is written for all knit (no purling). I used a dk weight yarn on my sample and wasn’t crazy about it so redid it as a stockinette pattern (see Mosaic #42 St St).
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
Stockinette directions written in the pattern but easily adapted to all knit.
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
Pattern is written as all knit. This is very similar to Dishcloth Mosaic #28 and tends to pull toward the center quite a bit. But some of you talented knitters out there can probably improve upon it!
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
This is a really neat stitch. Several of the experienced knitters I asked think it is called tube stitch. Whatever it is called, it is cool. It looks like double knitting (2 layers of stockinette) but there is no purling and you only have to work with 1 color at a time (unlike double knitting where you are working with both colors at the same t...
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
This one is written in garter stitch but could easily be adapted to stockinette.
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
I used DK weight cotton for this one (and loved it) but worsted weight would work just fine.
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
I’m not quite sure what this design was supposed to be, some sort of 4 armed cutesy monster I guess, but didn’t really show up well with the 2 colors I chose. Thought I’d post it anyway in case someone would like to take a stab at it.
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
Don’t know if you can really tell, but this is SUPPOSED to be a moose. (I did make a small mistake when knitting the sample, but the pattern should be ok.)
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
OK, I have now uploaded a PDF that has a chart that should match the written directions, to include the last few rows. (The original PDF, the chart didn’t have the last couple pattern rows, but the written instructions did.)
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
I am still searching for the perfect border for my stockinette mosaics (let me know if you have suggestions). This one has a seed stitch border at the top and bottom and along the sides.
Knitting: Tutorial
Although there is a small pattern included which you could certainly repeat for an overall cloth, this is really an instruction on how to read mosaic charts.
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
Errata note - whenever the pattern tells you to work until “x” number of stitches are left, always work to the last 5 stitches, as the borders are always 5 stitches. Sorry about that and thanks to wallofyarn for letting me know! Will try to correct pattern soon.
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
Pattern note: Sections 1 and 2 have 10 stitches in each. Section 3 has 11 stitches in it (not 9 like the original pattern said). Will upload a new PDF today.
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
Detailed directions, pretty much line by line, stitch by stitch for doing an easy mosaic dishcloth. Have fun with color.
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
Row by row and stitch by stitch directions to a cute mosaic dishcloth. Graph also included for those who prefer.
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
Done in Stockinette with iCord borders knit in. Directions are extensive, line by line, stitch by stitch. You won’t have to translate before you start knitting. :) Have also included a rough graph for those who prefer that.
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
This is a very basic Mosaic pattern, almost all knit. No fancy borders.
Knitting: Washcloth / Dishcloth
Mosaic with a distinctive border and knitted as you go iCord borders.
