The Molly Tam is a charming Fair Isle tam bursting with flowers and birds in the clean bright shades of the summer sky. Knit in the round, the design features corrugated ribs, a panel of chattering birds and a cheerful profusion of blooms.

These mittens were inspired by my daily walks throughout the Somerset countryside with the dogs. Bubbling streams and lacy views through bare twigs were the kernal of an idea for some dainty, lacy mitts.
