This pattern is designed for a 6-8 year old. However, instructions are given for calculating how to make it larger or smaller with an example.

Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate

Techniques Used: Crochet Cast On for little to no wasted yarn, basic knitted bind off, and knit stitch

This pattern includes every letter of the alphabet in block letter style. I have a tendency to knit tight, so if your gauge is a little loose, your square might be a bit larger. I used 1 skein of Lily’s Sugar N’ Cream that was 85 grams/150 yards and it took just a little over half the skein.
