You are on the side of a river, with a fox, a chicken, and a bag of corn. You must cross to the other side of the river, taking everything with you. However, you have only a very small boat, large enough to carry you, and one of your “traveling companions” at a time. There is no other way across. – Classic logic puzzle
Crochet: Scarf
This open chain-work scarf is a great warm weather scarf. A one skein project if you are looking to try something a little different.
Crochet: Scarf
This spiraling scarf worked with short-row shaping is constructed width-wise—just keep on going until you run out of yarn! Double-ended Tunisian crochet techniques switch from side to side, highlighting the yarn’s contrasting and complementary colors.
Crochet: Scarf
The innovative color effect in this scarf is created by crocheting with alternating ends of the skein, and the switchback design emphasizes the varying colors. The extra-long length is great for wrapping!
Crochet: Sleeveless Top
A layering tank top to add to your wardrobe. The side to side construction makes a vertical ribbing and a horizontal stretch that will gently hug your frame. With the pattern gauged for nine sizes and an easily adjusted length, you will be able to make one to fit any body.

Crochet: Shawl / Wrap, Scarf

Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
Worked from the bottom up, each module/motif closes as decreases are used to create lace and texture aspects. Each module/motif is worked onto the previous with no need for sewing or other afterthought joining.
Crochet: Scarf
NOTE: The individual pattern, available through Ravelry, uses a fingering/sock weight yarn as the basis for gauge and suggested hook size. The pattern in Crochet One-Skein Wonders is based on lace weight. Both contain notes on adjusting for different size and/or gauge.
