Crochet: Earflap Hat
I wrote this pattern for my 4 year old. His head measures 19”. However, since crocheted hats tend to stretch, it also fits my head which is about 21”. You can easily make the hat bigger or smaller by either changing your hook size, working with only one strand of yarn or adding or removing rows.
Crochet: Cowl, Beanie, Toque
Used less then one 300 g ball of Bernat Blanket yarn in white for both pieces and only a small amount of black for the nose and whiskers.
Crochet: Backpack
EDIT: when making the drawstrings, please cut your string into two 2 YARD pieces, not 2’ pieces as advised in the pattern.
Crochet: Slippers
I used small amounts of Red Heart Super Saver Economy in yellow, black, blue, grey and white from my stash (left over from my last minion project). Any worsted weight yarn in those colors will work.

You can easily change the beanie size by changing the hook size up or down.

I created this pattern to modify a jacket I purchased online from China. The sleeves of items from China always seem to be a bit too short for my liking. I love my new jacket so I whipped up these sleeve extenders. Once complete, they are stitched onto the inside of jacket sleeves.
