I decided to create a hat that would work for any ponytail style. This hat has 3 holes down the back of the hat to accommodate multiple levels, and optionally you can add a fourth hole to the top of the hat. The pattern is very flexible, can be made with anywhere from four to zero holes, or it can just be a cable hat.
Knitting: Scarf
This is a very simple scarf using only knit and purl stitches that shows off the beauty of any yarn.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I am really loving the Hurdle Stitch as it is sometimes called, and this is a very basic hat that uses it.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque, Headband, Fingerless Gloves, Cowl
This pattern along with the Unbroken Arrows collection will be half price through Sunday 11/17!
Knitting: Cowl
I used the hurdle stitch in one of my other patterns and just loved it so I gave it a design of its own.

Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
This pattern was created for the Fiber Art Studio Tour in the MD\VA\DC area on June 1 and 2. Fiber artists dye yarn for this event, and knitters can gather mini-skeins from different dyers and create a shawl. This pattern was created for Dancing Leaf Dyeworks using mini-skeins of sock hop yarn that are 100 yards each. I had about 10 yards left ...

Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I had planned on getting this pattern out by the first of February so I’m a little late, but you won’t be disappointed, there are actually 4 variations included.
Knitting: Doll Clothes - Other
Kermit came to visit my house and decided to learn to knit, so I wrote up this simple pattern for him to make a hat and cowl. I had some Dancing Leaf Farm Zumba yarn that matched his coloring, and I doubled it up for him so the project would go quicker.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
*!! Update Dec 2019 added a third pattern for a hat and cowl with small cables !!*
Knitting: Scarf
This scarf is a close relative to the triangular wave infinity cowl, but is just a long lightweight scarf. I used two somewhat contrasting colors of Dancing Leaf Sock Hop yarn, in grey and yellowish grey, what I call my Steelers colors!
Knitting: Cowl
I have been into zig-zag triangular patterns so I put together this infinity cowl pattern. Dancing Leaf Farm Mini Skeins of Sock Hop yarn was available and I couldn’t resist the colors.
Knitting: Cowl
I love Dancing Leaf Farm Bee Bop yarn, so I created this cowl pattern that uses two colors, and by alternating the colors you can make a second cowl that matches - but is a little different, so you can keep one and give one to a friend and be twins!
Knitting: Scarf
This scarf is cool but actually not too hard. The increases and decreases on each end give it the bias look. It was made using 1 skein of Dancing Leaf Farm Sock Hop Grey(373 yards), and 5 Mini Skeins of Sock Hop (100 yards each). Less than half of each mini skein was used, these were leftover from my other pattern “So Simple Shawlette”.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
This is a simple on the bias shawlette. It was made using 1 skein of Dancing Leaf Farm Sock Hop (373 yards), and 5 Mini Skeins of Sock Hop (100 yards each). Less than half of each mini skein was used, and I used leftovers to make my other new pattern “Not So Hard Scarf”.
Knitting: Legwarmers
These legwarmers are worked in the round, knit top down, with the top being wider to fit over the knee. The stitch is a rib stitch with a cable design that can be worn in the front, back or side.
Knitting: Cowl
This is a simple infinity scarf. It only uses Knit/Purl stitches, oh, and yarn overs. The pattern contains five sections, you can vary the size of the sections according to how much yarn you have. If you have a scale and can weigh the yarn before you start, then when you are half way through you can adjust accordingly.
Knitting: Scarf
This pattern shows how to make a frilly scarf using an oval loom. It is created inside-out as it grows down the middle of the loom, then turned right-side out when its done. It is truly spiral since it is created in the round. The looms can be found on Ebay and Etsy, search for Frilly scarf loom or Ruffle scarf loom.
