Summer Bugs Collection was actually created out of necessity. As a fresh mom I know how hard it is to find something nice as well as useful in the stores. After long trips around kids’ shops, I decided to make the jumpers myself.
“TABULA RASA. Neutrals” is a creative adventure into the depths of my yarn stash, this time into the neutral abyss of whites and grays, with a few delicate speckles invited to play along. Each skein is a story waiting to be written, a tale to be told, a portrait to be sketched. And from such a blank slate arises this collection of accessories and wraps, each of which features a texture or a pattern stitch pleasing to the mind and to the eye, allowing the yarn to speak to the senses as it is transformed into its fulfilled destiny.
These cute designs were created for Red Riding Hood Yarns Winter Club. The theme was Dr Seuss’s “The Cat in the Hat”. Both whimsical patterns totally captured the spirit of Seuss.
This collection of 3 patterns is inspired by my everlasting love of the sea. Yellow sand, fresh breeze, shifting dunes and a lot of wonderful memories - all of them are captured in three designs with cables.
