Crochet: Market bag (slouchy)
This pattern is made to fit a 33 x 42 x 19 jute bag. Instead of trying to sew an inner lining for the crochet bag, the jute bag provides for sturdiness and also the handles. When sewing is not a problem, you are free to make your own lining and make provision for handles.
Crochet: Tee
Create an interesting top with triangles and spider flowers. The pattern includes a diagram on how to crochet the triangles as you go as well as a diagram of the triangle. The top uses 5 balls (250 g) DK from Elle Cotton On. Please note that if you use other DK yarn, you have to calculate the right amount as this pattern uses 250 g balls.
Crochet: Purse / Handbag
This is a very easy handbag with a basic star and circle pattern. The little bit of gold give it its bling and it can be replaced by any other colour or yarn if you want a more subtle bag. The bag requires basic sewing skills for the lining.
Crochet: Purse / Handbag
East to crochet handbag in one piece with flowers sewn on at the end. Basic sewing skills necessary for lining of the bag. Size will depend on your tension. This bag requires 4 balls (4-ply) of 50 g each in mercerized cotton, but if you crochet loosely an extra ball is recommended. The hook used is a 3 mm crochet hook.

This pattern was designed to fit standard cork pot mats, but if you can’t get hold of these mats, you can also use quilt batting instead. This pattern makes provision for both options. Crochet: Doily
To attempt the Rose Mandala, you have to know the basic crochet stitches well and it is important to follow the pattern closely and to read the pattern thoroughly. The idea behind the Mandala was to use stash yarn, but you can do as you wish. I have used 6 colours, but you are welcome to use more or less. The pattern is not difficult as long as...
Crochet: Baby Blanket
This square motif can easily be adapted to larger blanket or other projects like cushions. Any DK yarn in 100g balls can be used for this project. From the time this pattern was published, certain colours were discontinued. Therefor I made provision in the pattern for alternatives. I have used 700g for the background colour and 800 g (100g in e...
Crochet: Doily
This pattern resembles a turning point in my crochet approach and it was done on my trip back home from my December holiday. I do not believe in New Year’s resolutions, but I knew then that I will never again do the same old boring stuff I did for so many years. My creativity reached a turning point and it was a wonderful fresh start to a new y...

This pattern is not for beginners, but for people with more experience in crochet work. The shapes are easy to follow and not difficult to crochet, but to join the motifs, you need a little bit of experience. It is a lovely pattern for the use of leftover yarns and you only need 3 balls (50 g) for the edge and the joining of the motifs. Tension...

The pattern includes an assem...
