This pattern was inspired by a jumper which is worn by Walter Mitty (Ben Stiller) in the movie “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty” while searching for a photograph which shows “The Quintessence Of Life”

This sock pattern was inspired by the wonderful celtic ornaments which can be found on buildings or in books like the Book of Kells.
