I had socks that developed holes in the ankles. Instead of trying to darn them or throw them away, I cut away the ruined section and knit from the leg that was left to create hand warmers.

The Morningstar Scarf is knit in the round. Follow chart A for the front and chart B for the back. You will need to switch between charts on each row.
