Crochet: Cowl
There are two patterns for this cowl. Pattern 1 is created with a smaller hook and requires an extra 1/2 skein of yarn. Both cowls are amazing to wear - comfortable, light, and warm. Which pattern you use depends on how tight you want the knit-like stitches to look. The cowl is created with the ‘camel’ stitch, or crocheting your half-double cro...

Crochet: Cowl
I’ve been asked many times by customers to make them a cowl from the Outlander series. I do knit, but prefer to crochet - so this is what I came up with to meet my customers needs. As it turns out, this is one of the most comfortable cowls I’ve designed. I wasn’t expecting it to be so stretchy, yet still so warm; or so cozy without feeling like...

This cowl is SO easy to make up! You can have it done in under an hour. Super easy pattern, but a beautiful result! This is simply the coziest hat! I LOVE LOVE LOVE how it fits - and I’ve had so many compliments on the design when I wear it out. This hat works up very quickly using only one skein of Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick and Quick. I’ve found the hat is very forgiving, and one size basically fits all - but I’ve added in some notes for you to increase th...

These boots are made to fit your foot! No square toe here. The boot tapers from your big toe over so there is no bulky leftover material by your pinky toe! For added comfort, the boot is also worked in the round with NO SEAMS! Who likes walking on a seam all day? These slippers are comfy, warm, and cute to boot. :)
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
I hate seams! The most beautiful design can be ruined by the diagonal seam left with crochet. Therefore, I’ve designed my Basic Beanie series of hats: single crochet; half double crochet and double crochet. This pattern easily shows you how to create your hat without a seam. Embellish with buttons or flowers and you’ll have a unique, well-fitte...

This is such a great Christmas gift for the crafters in your world. I saw the knitted version of this ornament at www.redheart.com, but I’m more efficient at crochet, so I came up with this pattern. This hat, even with the textured v-stitches that leave it a bit hole-y, is SUPER warm and stylish too! It works up really quickly and is fun to make - and fits great! The pattern came about when my cousin asked me to make a slouchie for her that was still chunky - and of course, you need a pom pom! (Or not, just a preference!) I have included s...

I hope you enjoy it!
Crochet: Cowl
This cowl is super soft - especially if you use Bernat Roving as I did. But any chucky wool (5) weight will do! It’s always fun to experiment and see what different wools with different textures will do for the same pattern. I love the unique textures of the braids that gives this cowl depth and difference. I also love the buttons that ‘look’ l...

I love Cloche Hats - but needed to find something to make for spring so I can keep crocheting all year long! I love this pattern and have been making variations of it for awhile now. I’ve always had troubles sizing my beanies to fit - either too wide or too short! I’ve researched sizes and have found a formula that works for me! I’ve also perfected an invisible finish, so even though the beanie is worked in the rou...
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
Anyone who loves Disney’s FROZEN movie will love this beanie! It is made with TWO STRANDS of yarn; I used 1 strand of Baby Coordinates Soft Blue with one strand of Pound of Love in Pastel Blue for the main colour of the hat. This way you still get the shimmer of the Baby Coordinates, but the hat is still cozy and soft.
