The Minnesota Yarn Shop Hop 2024 was Fairytales and Knitting From the Heart chose Goldilocks and the Three Bears.

We created this Sea Glass pattern for the Minnesota Shop Hop 2023 “Under the Sea” theme. This simple shoulder cozy is perfect to throw over a T-shirt or tank-top in the summertime. Dressy enough for a wedding or make it casual. Wear it multiple ways! Yarnovers become buttonholes in this special one-skein project.

Lately we have been seeing a lot of people reaching out, doing random acts of kindness for strangers, friends, family, or coworkers, just because. Just because life has been challenging and people just want to be good to each other. When designing this cowl the pattern became playful, fun and, well, a bunch of random little sections all working...

A great summer shawl using 3 colors of Elizabeth Lavold Hempathy.

This pattern was created for the 2022 Minnesota Yarn Shop Hop. The overall theme was Minnesota State Parks, and this bag and yarn were designed with Gooseberry Falls in mind.

This is a cowl knit in the round in double moss stitch throughout. The width can be adjusted by adding any multiple of 4 stitches to the cast on number. It is quite long for a cowl but it drapes nicely with the soft cotton.

This is a rectangle when folded in half it becomes a poncho.

This cowl was inspired by the quintessential 1950’s diner that brings back the nostalgia of that wonderful time. We hope you have fun making and wearing this cute and cozy cowl.​

This is an asymmetrical, triangular scarf alternating stripes and lace with solid sections in between. A very fun knit, you will want to make many!

This was our pattern for the Minnesota Yarn Shop Hop 2019. We were inspired by games at the beach and this yarn reminded us of a mermaid’s tail. We wanted to transport you to the beach with this mermaid scale pattern using a honeycomb stitch which creates a beautifully simple rectangle with buttonholes.

This is a triangle shawl developed for the Minnesota Yarn Shop Hop 2018. The theme this year was “Heroes” and our shop chose Underdog as our hero because we all love an underdog story. The name of our project came from our belief that everyone can be a hero.
