A friend of mine wanted me to make a headband for her for Christmas, in the colors of the Colorado flag. I, of course, couldn’t say no, and after a while, came up with this design. I love it and it’s easily customizable to make into other states (though I haven’t tried yet). She loves this nearly as much as I do. Too bad I live in Tx. ;)

This will take only a couple of yards. While I used a G (4mm) size hook, you can use whatever hook size to obtain the size of hoof you’d like.
