This is a round shawl starting in the center using 6000 plus yards of thread weight yarn, it can also be made in lace weight wool and blocked.

Using Crochet cotton this pattern will make a large doily

Designed for tabletop or put into a hoop and hung up.

A square doily with ruffled edges, this doily does NOT lay flat.

A Vintage Square textured doily. Used 1 350 yard ball of Aunt Lydia in Lavender using a 1.90mm hook. Pattern is named after my father’s mother Georgia (Gee Gee), who taught me how to crochet on my 6th birthday. I will forever be grateful for the gift she gave me.

The pattern is for a round overly full crochet shawl/cape. A round light weight shawl - made in thread but adaptable to be done with lace weight to sock weight wool. Two balls of Riviera Crystal thread, 6 Balls of Aunt Lydia’s # 10, or 3 balls of Michael’s Loops & Threads would also be a suitable soft yarn for this pattern.
