This pattern is for top-down socks, with a heel flap and gusset. It is written for the Magic Loop Method, but can be easily be modified for dpn’s. It is a handy pattern to knit when you have a highly variegated sock yarn.

This hat is knitted from bottom up. I prefer knitting in the round using circular needles and tend to do my decreases using the magic loop method
