Turning a hexie into a square became my quest after I joined the african flower swap group. I wanted to take each hexie I had and incorporate them into a blanket that would showcase the beauty of the flower. Turns out many others had the same idea.

Construction of these gloves requires the user to know how to single crochet, and how to purl.

Directions with a photo tutorial are provided to create a 12” and a 6” square.

The pot cozy can be made for any size pot handle. It is best made using cotton yarn. A quick and easy project, it is a great gift to accompany potholders and/or dish towels.

This square is made in honor of my friend D.D. The adjective sedulous means steady, earnest, and persistent. This word describes my friend.
