Knitting: Shawl / Wrap, Scarf
A fun, stashbusting project to use up those scraps and minis! The garter stitch based mesh makes a lighweight fabric with great drape, for a scarf that can be worn in a multitude of ways & makes every outfit a little bit cooler.
Knitting: Pullover
The sister sweater to my favourite Calm Down Cardigan - the elegant everyday sweater with a high-end designer vibe. Nobody would know you made it yourself, in a good way. ;)
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Lily loves the appearance of layers of squishy garter stitch. It’s cosy, drapey, and always looks polished! This layered, asymmetric shape allowed her to introduce 3 colours in a minimal way, and gives the appearance of many layers of fabric without unnecessary bulk.
Knitting: Cowl
This soft and light brioche cowl brings together traditional shapes and a modern colour palette. A cute, marled collar finished with an i-cord edge is the star of this design.
Knitting: Vest
A cosy layering piece for winter -
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
The Sidestep Socks feature a neat colourwork panel framed by a nifty ‘braid’ (super simple to create!) on a background of 2x2 rib. A sideways chevron colourwork design is used in the sample, but pattern includes multiple colourwork options for checkerboard, houndstooth, dots, and vertical chevron designs, too.
Knitting: Pullover
A classic sweater, in classic yarn, with a classic Lily-style shoulder detail inspired by stitching found on leather biker jackets. Ample opportunity to play with colour & yarn combinations with this one! The pattern includes instructions for a separate shoulder swatch so you can try the technique before beginning the whole sweater.

Knitting: Purse / Handbag
The cutest yet sturdiest knitted bag you ever did see! Thanks to plastic cable ties hidden inside neat tucks, the Boulevard Bag holds its shape perfectly without the need for a lining. It’s a robust little thing! It looks cute for an evening, but also fits SO MANY THINGS inside that you can easily use it as a daytime carry-everything bag. Desig...
Knitting: Beret, Tam
A revived version of my old Kirkstone hat pattern for 2023! The original (grey) version was a relaxed slouchy shape, which I have updated into a more modern beanie style 12 (!!) years later. The Kirkstone hat pattern features an intuitive cable pattern which gathers neatly together at the crown - both written and charted instructions are given.
Knitting: Hanging Ornament
Why wouldn’t you want a little knitted housey (or 5) on your needles? Pattern includes chart & written instructions for 5 variations shown in photos, but mix, match, and modify however you like! Houses are knit in the round and filled with a piece of cardboard for stability.

Knitting: Pullover
A palate cleansing knit to slow down in! A sheer mohair neckline provides the perfect opportunity to play with colour - go matchy matchy with your main yarn (I couldn’t resist hot pink with more hot pink), pair with a contrast, or stripe the mohair for a jazzy blended edge.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
I love simple cables and I love a classic stripe, so I was most happy to realise that combining the two made for a pretty nifty pattern. Extra pop for the cables where they merge with stripes!
Knitting: Tee
Inspired by the elegant necklaces of ancient Egypt, the Abydos top is a perfect knit for those days when you want to feel that little bit fancy.

Knitting: Pullover
Your everyday sweater made that little bit more glamourous with a customisable notch neckline, deep armholes, and billowing laddered sleeves.
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Classic ribbed socks with a (literal) twist and hidden shaping for a perfect fit. I’ve always liked the clean look of short row heels but was never a fan of the stretching around the instep - it didn’t look like a particularly comfortable fit. So after a little trial and error, I settled on this solution - additional shaping around the instep, ...

Fishnet socks for when you’re feeling fancy! I’ve always liked the clean look of short row heels but was never a fan of the stretching around the instep - it didn’t look like a particularly comfortable fit. So after a little trial and error, I settled on this solution - additional shaping around the instep, with stitch patterns incorporated int...

Knitting: Cardigan, Coat / Jacket
The cosiest knit you ever did see! The Cold Heart Coat is warm and chunky with elegant details and a refined finish.
Knitting: Pullover
A light & airy yet cosy sweater with minimalist details.
Knitting: Pullover
Sometimes you don’t need fancy colourwork to make a big impact! A simple stranded pattern gives a geometric effect on a round yoke, and provides opportunity to play with colour and texture. The Circumference sweater has a cropped, boxy fit with neat details to add finesse.
Knitting: Beret, Tam
A cosy beret with an addictive lace pattern that makes you want to just knit one more round.
Knitting: Cardigan
Hopelessly devoted to pleats and puffy sleeves and chunky cosy cardigans. This quick knit can look more like a bomber jacket depending on colours and styling, so it’s one to have fun with in the cooler months!
Knitting: Cardigan
Your go-to cosy cardigan with added fun details. The slipped stitch pattern and contrast piping provide chance to play with colour, and gathered cuffs add structure to the relaxed comfortable fit.
Knitting: Pullover
The sweater that feels like wearing a hug. A sash belt, slash neck and deep cuffs add a little extra to your classic winter layer.
Knitting: Pullover
A square neck, fitted bodice and puffy sleeves give a nod to vintage styles in an understated way. Retro that works with your wardrobe!
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
A fun, sporty beanie that makes the most of the two-tone, reversible nature of brioche stitch. Opt for low contrast shades for a subtle panel detail, or go bold with high contrast shades for an assymetric look.
Knitting: Sleeveless Top, Vest
For those days that need just a little extra squishy layer to keep you cosy! Brioche stitch makes for a stretchy fabric which hugs the body and curves gently around the armholes, whilst the edgings are finished with neat i-cord and 1x1 rib.
Knitting: Sleeveless Top, Vest
Chunky, light, neat and tidy. Twisted rib edgings and mitred corners add polished details to an otherwise simple tee.
Knitting: Sleeveless Top
Why choose lace or stripes when you can have both? The Underlace top is designed to give the appearance of delicate lace peeking out under a solid layer, whilst actually being 1 seamless piece. This allows plenty of scope for playing with colour - bold stripes, contrast edgings, fades, contrast binding, or all 1 shade all work!
Knitting: Mittens
This pattern was originally published in Confident Knitting, and is now available in my Ravelry store.
Knitting: Tee, Pullover
A fun knitted tee designed to show off beautiful yarn. A classic shape, seamless construction and neat details provide the perfect canvas for those special skeins.
Knitting: Tee, Pullover
Puff sleeves, pleats, sheer mohair, and fitted shapes are my favourite design elements, and luckily they all go together rather nicely!
Knitting: Pullover
A breezy sweater for breezy days. The Erinome sweater was designed to showcase the beauty of fine yarns to their full potential, using an elongated stitch pattern that makes for a deceptively quick knit. Mindful knitting at its finest (literally and metaphorically)!
Knitting: Sleeveless Top
The cropped top that’s as fun to knit as it is to wear. Turn your knitting sideways, make it stretchy, add a bunch of satisfying short rows, and you have a cute cropped top. One for both layering and showing off on its own!
Knitting: Cardigan
A playful, cheery cardigan to brighten any outfit. Known as ‘the Pink One’ whilst on my needles, and the name suited it so much I decided it could stay. Of course frilly textured sleeves work well in any colour, but I do recommend a fun bright pink!
Knitting: Cardigan
A cloud in knitted form. The Greystoke cardigan was designed to add a hint of glamour to everyday outfits with voluminous pleated sleeves and a neat, minimal silhouette.
Knitting: Vest
The chunky vest that quickly became my go-to layering item – I hope it will for you too! My Anyday Sweater (2019) became an Anyday Cardigan (2020) became an Anyday Vest (2021).
Knitting: Pullover

Knitting: Vest
A vest / tabard / dickie hybrid with a modern wrap around shape, worked seamlessly in all-over brioche stitch. Named after my great-great-great grandmother.
Knitting: Pullover
A nod towards vintage on a modern sweater. Gently puffed sleeves against a ribbed bodice make for a classic knit for any occasion.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
A simple, everyday hat for children and adults. Picot edges and hidden rib layers make for a well-fitting beanie that’s as easy to knit as it is to wear. The world is certainly not ‘Better Now’ (because umm… 2020) but a rainy day is definitely better with a nice beanie.
Knitting: Cardigan
The cosiest of cardigans just in time for Autumn. The Made My Day cardigan pattern is intended to be used as a blank canvas for play with colour and texture, with the pleated sleeves and striped edgings providing modern details on a classic boxy cardigan.

A cardigan to show off beautiful yarn, with the floatiest sleeves you ever did see.

Knitting: Sleeveless Top
An everyday summer top that hugs your body just nicely.
Knitting: Pullover
An all year round, casual sweater with simple slouchy body and cute mesh sleeves.
Knitting: Pullover
The everyday t-shirt that goes with everything. I designed the #FeelsRightTee to show off those awkward leftovers of sock yarn, and choosing colours and combinations is half the fun.
Knitting: Cardigan
The cardigan I started knitting on a long drive home from western Scotland, passing the Rest & Be Thankful point en route. There is always something to be thankful for, even in testing times, and I am certainly thankful for knitting.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
A project for those days when you need simple knitting with a little bit of fun. The Brighter Wrap was designed to make use of leftover 4-ply yarn, as I - and I’m sure many knitters - have many partial balls of sock yarn in their stash that are too pretty to go to waste.
