Knitting: Child Doll (American Girl, Sasha, etc)
American Girl doll poncho style pullover is knitted in one piece, starting at bottom ribbing, continuing up the front, cast off for neck opening then cast on again for back, then working down to bottom ribbing. Cowl collar is picked up around the neckline and knitted in ribbing. Just sew on buttons and it is ready for your doll to wear.
