Knitting: Animal Toy
This pattern includes instructions for knitting a deceptively simple bear knit flat or in the round. Also included in the pattern is an advanced version, knit in the round and incorporating short rows.

Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
I had to make these after seeing the movie “The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus.” Valentina (played by the stunningly beautiful Lily Cole) wears these loose fingerless mittens throughout the movie and I loved them - like a cross between a oversized sweater sleeve and a fingerless mitten.

Knitting: Beanie, Toque
There is a typo in the version of the pattern published in the Stitch n Bitch calendar (January 11, 2008)

Knitting: Animal Toy
Use Muench Yarns Touch Me, Plymouth Alpaca Boucle, or any yarn you’d like to create this adorable cuddly toy! This pattern gives you an elephant that measures 7-8” high. Knit at a smaller gauge for a pocket-sized elephant, or choose a super bulky yarn for a big one!
