Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Designed for the generous yardage of white gum wool, this shawl is a large lacey triangle perfect for snuggling into on those cool days.
Knitting: Scarf
A simple scarf, this design uses cables to define the border. Rather then the normal rectangular shape of a scarf, this scarf is a parrellogram for something a little bit different. The body is simple in design, stockinette with garter ridges forming vertical stripes like the gaps between the boards that form a garden gate.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This is a simple slightly slouchy beanie that knits up fast. A cable pattern reminiscent of the knots found in wood add a bit of detail for interest. A quick knit, it uses smaller needles to add negative ease in the brim, allowing for a comfortable fit.
Knitting: Pixie Hat
This pattern started as an idea for a gender neutral hat with some intricate detail. The pattern is created using slip stitches and is designed for a tight fit, with little ease.
Knitting: Bonnet
This is a simple bonnet pattern that could be used for a boy or girl. There is instructions to add a ribbed back band to give the bonnet a tighter fit.
Crochet: Bonnet
Please refer to the size chart and head circumference when choosing which size to make. This is a comfortable fitting bonnet that is appropriate for boys or girls. It has a textured look and feel created by the “leaf” stitch and a faux ribbing around the face.
Crochet: Vest
This is a simple box vest designed for those cooler days during summer, spring or autumn or for layering. It had a small whimsical owl cabled into the pattern and textured stripes. It is a slim to comfortable fit with only an inch of ease. Please use the chest measurements as a guide when choosing what size to make.
