This Acorn bag/purse is crocheted mostly in the round with barely any sewing. Some charts for parts of the pattern but mostly a written pattern is US terms. The finished item (if using #4 yarn) is about 10 inches tall and 8 inches wide not including the length of the strap. The closure of the acorn bag is just the top that lifts up and down.

This Acorn Wristlet pattern was originally designed with a button closure but I personally wasn’t happy with the design and all the sewing involved… I went over it again and came up with this almost no-sew version that’s now a drawstring closure.
