This pattern works up fairly quickly, I can definitely be completed in an evening. The ear warmer can be worn tied in the front, the back or however you choose.

This Valentines Tie is sized to fit newborn to approximately 8 years but could easily be made to fit an older child as well. You could leave the heart off and add a different applique for a different holiday as well.
