This is a fun easy to do hat that works up really quick for a last minute gift. I used Red Heart Soft Essentials and my KB 48 peg Chunky 5/8” gauge loom

Perfect breathable hat / beanie for anytime of the year. A simple 4 row repeat and works up really quick. Only need MAYBE 100 yards of yarn so it’s ideal for maybe a scrap / left over buster for donations also.

Quick, Fun and Easy Brimless Beanie that’s the perfect last minute project!

My goal to to push loomers out of the box that the knitting world put us in by thinking that all we can do is make simple e-wrap hats and scarves. We can make things just as delicate and beautiful as any other fiber artist AND I make them easy enough with “hacks” to help with those that have tension issues.

One of the members of my group showed me a hat with a similar pattern and there was nothing like this available for the loom so I replicated it for us loomers.

I wanted to create something that looked like I sewed hearts onto this hat and give it a “rustic” look which is the reason it has the “marks” next to the hearts.

You asked for it and here it is, the Loom Knitted “Rainbow Barf Kitty”!

This is the perfect compliment hat for my Twisted Honey Bee and Wisteria Web that so many of you have asked me for, so here you go, enjoy my friends and Happy Looming!

The name of this Malabrigo yarn is perfect for the name of this hat because you’re going to fall in love with this hat and how easy it is to make. I used almost the entire skein of 90 yards and a faux fur pom for the topper. Enjoy and don’t forget to let me know when you’ve done one so I can brag about it for you!

This is a hat that will really show your dynamic love of colors, you can do it with various solids like I did, or better yet if you have some variegated or self striping yarn you want to use, you can even do it with that.

One of the biggest questions I would get from people in the looming community is “Can you please make an elf hat?” Sure there’s stocking caps out there and santa hats but none with the points like an elf hat… UNTIL NOW!

My husband and I went to the river and the waves / movement of the water always calms me, that is the inspiration behind this simple pattern.

I created this for a Harry Potter event we had in my looming group on Facebook and loved how it came out so I thought I would make it available to others.

Thanks to the awesome people in my Facebook group, I decided to let them help me name is and the name they picked is “Slalom” which means (skiers cut fast, tight turns on courses marked with gates at specific turning points.) from the back and forth design in the pattern.

I call this one “Little Boxes” because the stitch pattern will create little boxes as you can see from the ones I circled in the photo.

My oldest son is a snowboarder and we were talking one day and he was telling me about this move / trick he does called a “switchback” and that got me thinking about this idea…
