Crochet: Hanging Ornament
An easy but textured Christmas wreath that works up quickly and can be used in a variety of places. The bright red bow is worked and attached as-you-go, directly on the wreath so there is no sewing!

The Lantana Square is a lacy square perfect for baby blankets. It uses a variety of different stitches to bring interest to this simple square. Would work well in blankets alternating lacy and solid squares.

I created this pattern because I was looking for a Santa hat that was worked top down (my preferred method for hats). I also didn’t want to make or glue a pompom and wanted this hat to be entirely crocheted. And I wanted to find a way for the pseudo-pompom to be perfectly centered on top, not leaning to one side or the other.
