Crochet: Cowl
I know the calendar may not SAY Fall yet, but Starbucks released the PSL for this year. All my mind can think of is FALL VIBES and COZY accessories! OK, it’s also thinking about handmade holiday gifts.
Knitting: Cowl
Knit this warm, squishy cowl in a few hours, thanks to Malabrigo’s Rasta yarn and big needles! An easy to memorize slight bias-textured body keeps the process interesting.

An understated texture and a delightful marl are hallmarks of this mitten. The ridges pleat gently when you bend and flex your hands, reminiscent of mini bellows.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
It all starts with tubular cast-on. Once established, the edge stitches appear to grow out of nowhere. Next the 1x1 rib creates an understated border. Then the body. An easy to work knit and purl pattern peppered with slip stitches; the pattern only LOOKS complicated. You may choose to top it all off with a pom-pom, or leave it plain.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
This easy to construct asymmetrical shawl is worked flat with increase on only one side. The v-stitch lends a lacy appearance that belies the stitch’s simplicity.
