My version of the welted leaf was adapted from Barbara’ Walker’s version in a Treasury of Knitting Patterns. I used it in place of the Flower Garden and dividing patterns sections of Nicky Epstein’s Tree of Life blanket. The red outline indicates the pattern repeat.
