Crochet: Throw
For these tiles I got back to the basic (B2B) idea for carreaux crochet: French floor tiles. There are eight different designs, which you can combine.
Crochet: Potholder, Towel
This pattern was designed for the Dutch crochet magazin AanDeHaak. Their original question was a beach towel, since time was short I made a small version (7 squares) and even smaller for the instruction images (3 squares).
Crochet: Throw
Little patches take little time, but in the end they might form a throw, a bathmat or a blanket.
Crochet: Potholder
Row-by-row description of four different patches in carreaux crochet with images to make things more clear
Crochet: Potholder
Although the name of this pattern indicates that it is meant for a potholder, you could also use it to make something bigger like a bath mat.
Crochet: Purse / Handbag
Judith is a bag à la Mary Poppins, thanks to different sizes of pockets on both sides. You build up two double layered patches with five pockets each and attach them to form the actual bag.
Crochet: Potholder
This pattern is inspired by artwork of capsOne (with persmission) and is a combination of crochet and embroidery. So you will not only need a crochet hook, but also a tapestry needle for the lining.
Crochet: Potholder
This patch is based on a French floor tile. It is made in a new crochet technique that I have called carreaux crochet. It is normally used as a border, but I found that as a single patch it looks like a wrapped candy.

Crochet: Potholder
This design is based on a French floor tile. When I was working on it I thought it looked like a face and then reminded that when I lived in a house with these tiles I had already seen the faces.
Crochet: Potholder
This design is based on a French floor tile. Since the two X’s pop up and I am used to put that on the end of a letter to loved onces as two kisses I decided to chose “With Love” as the name for this patch.
Crochet: Potholder, Bathroom
When I designed the chart for the hourglasses I had not expect the other side to turn up different, although it is actually logic. This is where the name “Time is Relative” came from.
Crochet: Chart
This is based on a personal test to see if it was possible to insert an image in a megafilet. In the file you find the chart and some images, as well as two short phrases (in English and Dutch) to explain a bit more.
Crochet: Bedspread
Teltekening voor het haken van dit kleedje waarbij je filet haakwerk en intarsia combineert, oftewel filtarsia. Om een idee te krijgen hoe dat werkt kan je eerst het gratis patroon van een sneeuwster uitproberen.
