Crochet: Sleeveless Top
You love crocheting but are not sure how crocheted clothing would fit into your wardrobe. You are used to thinking that crochet is for making afghans and you would not wear anything that resembles one. You like the idea of crocheting a garment but are afraid it will turn out “homemade” rather than “handmade”.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
Pour Homme is a triangular kerchief worked sideways from a corner in alternating sections of textured Tunisian crochet stitch patterns.
Crochet: Rug
When skies are grey outside, brighten up your home with a flower rug! Made with only single crochet stitches, each motif is super-easy and fun to make.
Crochet: Sleeveless Top
Olga is a light sleeveless top worked bottom up in two pieces and then seamed. It features a modified boat-neck, a loose fit around the waist, two horizontal mesh panels below the bust and a vertical mesh panel running down the back. The neck, the armholes and the bottom are edged with a simple scalloped border.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
One Summer Day is an asymmetrical triangular shawl worked sideways from a corner in alternating sections of V-stitch and mesh patterns, bordered with a simple scalloped edging. It is one of the shawls included in Two Summer Stories ebook.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
One Summer Night is a triangular shawl worked outwards from the center of the top edge in sections of V-stitch and mesh patterns, edged with a delicate open-lace border. It is one of the shawls included in Two Summer Stories ebook.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
Of Sails and Waves is a lacy rectangular wrap worked entirely in a beautifully undulating Tunisian crochet stitch pattern.
Crochet: Pullover
Liza is a seamless top-down raglan sweater crocheted in one piece in a textured basket-weave stitch pattern. It features a wide ribbed neckline (feel free to wear it off-the-shoulder, if you wish), a straight boxy body and short-sleeves. The faux seams at the raglans add definition to this little pullover and allow increases to be made without ...
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
City Break is a simple and easy to crochet beanie. Worked in fingering-weight yarn in a post-stitch rib pattern, it is stretchy and comfortable, while being warm and stylish. A narrow basket-weave insert near the brim breaks up the vertical rib pattern and will provide some entertainment to those who tend to get tired of simple repetitive stitc...
Crochet: Cowl
ZigZag Blues is a simple cowl crocheted entirely with post-stitches. Alternating front post stitches with back post stitches creates a wonderfully subtle, yet gorgeous woven-look texture.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
Listopad is a lacy stole worked in a Tunisian crochet version of a well-known knit stitch pattern. The leaf stitch forms the main body of the stole and sections of the plain lacy chevron stitch edge it on both sides.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
Metro is a unisex triangular kerchief requiring only one 100g-skein of light fingering yarn (heavy lace weight). It is worked side-to-side. The increases and decreases worked at the end of rows create a stepped, escalator-like edge.
Crochet: Neck / Torso - Other
Rusalka is a mermaid of Slavic myths. The stitch I used to make this cowl reminds me of long, wavy and lush water-nymph’s hair which is why I gave it this name.
Crochet: Cowl
La Mar Cowl is based on the same unique stitch pattern I used in La Mar Hat, which fuses regular crochet with rows of slip stitches to create a beautiful texture.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
Made with fabulous Malabrigo Sock yarn, Autumn Waltz is a simple triangular shawl worked from the top down and trimmed with a pretty ruffle border. The size makes it possible to wear it both as a shawl and a scarf.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
I have improvised this stitch pattern, and I am very pleased with how it worked out in a hat. In this color it reminds me of the deep blue sea, hence the name of the hat.
Crochet: Cardigan
Halyna is a little cardigan worked using the continuous, tail-free motif method. The construction mimics the classic top-down raglan, whereby the yoke is worked first and the sleeves and the body are added to it creating a seamless, one-piece garment.
Crochet: Scarf
Purple Gold is a lacy two-color scarf worked in a fun Tunisian crochet chevron pattern. The name is the two shades of the lovely Lace Scrumptious by Fyberspates used in this design.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
Like crochet motifs but don’t enjoy weaving in all the ends? Halyna Shawl is a V-shaped shawl/stole worked using the continuous tail-free motif method also known as “Japanese motifs” (Nihon Vogue Sha) and “seamless crochet” (Kristin Omdahl), which should only leave you a couple of ends to weave in. The pattern contains both written instructions...
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
Winter Nocturne is a textured triangular shawl worked from the top down in alternating sections. The pattern contains both written instructions and charts.
Crochet: Baby Blanket, Throw
A truly lush blanket made with superb Malabrigo Worsted yarn. Worked in one piece, it features a unique Tunisian stitch pattern consisting of various textured sections, which create a quirky patchwork look. The pattern contains both fully written instructions and a stitch pattern chart.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap, Scarf
Summer Suite is an arc-shape scarf/shawlette worked outwards in a Tunisian crochet rib pattern. An interplay of increases and decreases forms fanciful leaf lines opening up carnation-like flowers edged with loops, created by a chained bind-off.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
Spring Etude is a triangular shawl worked from top down, edged with an elegant lace border and finished with pretty scalloped points.
Crochet: Fingerless Gloves
Snegurochka, a Russian fairy tale character, is the daughter of Spring and Frost, who dies after she falls in love, as love melts her. These pretty fingerless mitts feature a warm and sweet flower pattern combined with cold straight lines of slip stitches.
Crochet: Headband
These four headbands are made using the same principle and are very easy to crochet. You can make them in any size you like.
Crochet: Headband
Lovely, stretchy headbands, which are very comfortable to wear! They fit nicely around your head and are very easy to slip on and off.
Crochet: Booties
What a cute pair of moccasins to keep those precious little toes warm during winter!
