When it comes to simplicity, I can’t beat it ! A loose-fitting straight sweater in stockinette, but with details that give it personality and a discreet touch of colour for “pep” !  Tawel means serenity in Welsh Gaelic. The colour “matcha tea” I’ve chosen also evokes the tranquillity of a fireplace break.

I was inspired by a beautiful exhibition in Paris on the fan prints of Hiroshige. The stitch freely imitates the shape of the Japanese fan and the colour is also inspired by Hiroshige’s world. The asymmetrical arrangement of the stitch pays homage to the audacious framing of the Japanese prints from which many French painters have been inspired.

I love little shawls that wrap around my neck! I designed this one in honeycomb stitch pattern for maximum softness. The shawl is criss-crossed by a strip of jacquard hollowed out in the thickness of the stitch, like an engraving…

My first cardigan ! With its twisted ribs, cables stitches and climbing plant motif, Glycine pays homage to the nature vitality. It is a cardigan with a straight and oversized shape, with dropped sleeves, easy to wear.

Wafers from my childhood inspired the design of those socks. To wear this winter, on the sofa by the fire while drinking hot chocolate : I guarantee the regressive and delicious effect !

After My Fairisle sweater, I’m going on exploring nordic knitting traditions : Chevrons is a yoke sweater with a simple and geometric three colours motif. I chose a beautiful grey « ash » for main colour. Yarn is from Ouessant sheep. Wide shape give it a casual touch.

Cinnamon, saffron, paprika & vanilla : a fitted “top” that combines a cross rib stitch and shimmering stripes.

My interpretation of the Shetland tradition in a three-colour sweater that overlays friezes of geometric and figurative patterns. The shape remains classic : the fit of this sweater is close, with set-in sleeves and a round neck.

A small two contrasting colours shawl. The reversing colours motif provides a beautiful graphic effect.

A feminine and comfortable sweater. Body in two-colour brioche stitch for the comfort, and top panel with eyelets like vegetal forms for the feminine and light touch.
