This Scarf or Cowl pattern includes 2 versions of scarf: Rolled border or Garter border, which are constructed end to end, because the stitch pattern looks great when viewed from either direction. The cowl is close-fitting, worked seamlessly in the round from bottom to top, and can be knitted to be as short or tall as you like.
