Crochet: Wall Hanging
Skill level is beginner/intermediate. Must know basic stitches. Mandala’s are fun to make. They hone your skills for working in the round, multi stitches and a great way to use up leftover yarn. Mandala’s are versatile. Dream catchers, trivets, embellishments, wall hangings and blankets are just a few ideas.
Crochet: Shawl / Wrap
This light and airy rectangle wrap was inspired by watching bees in my garden. I altered existing laces to create five different laces: Dragonfly Lace, Flower Lace, Bees In The Flowers Lace, Leaves Lace and Bees In The Leaves Lace. I divided the pattern into 3 sections to make it easy to follow. The yarn I used was 1 skein of Top Rainbow by Kat...

Crochet: Sleeveless Top
This fun 60’s/70’s inspired halter top will look groovy in many color ways and yarns. Wear over a t-shirt, tank top, tube top, etc. The Hempathy yarn is slightly smaller in weight, but will work up well together using the same hook size. This pattern can be adjusted to size by deleting or adding rounds.
Crochet: Purse / Handbag
Yarn used: Java 100% hemp, 219 yards per skein, color Horizon Pink. You’ll need 3 skeins and will be working with 2 strands together. I pulled from the inside and outside per skein, working with both ends together. Depending on your tension. measurements will vary. My finished measurements: H-7”, W-12.5”, D of bottom 4.5”.
Crochet: Afghan block
My block is 6”x 6”. Gauge will vary depending on your tension. This block can be made in one color or multi colored. I used a grey base and worked the pearls (popcorn st) in white. My thought was that when using this block in an afghan, the white popcorn stitches will create a diamond pattern across the afghan.
