Methera Tile Gloves combine my Victorian Tile pattern with beautiful Northern Yarn Methera, which is produced from four different breeds of sheep in Lancashire and Cumbria (Northern England).

This pattern is an alternative version of the original Victorian Tile Handwarmers, worked in 4 colours, 1 main colour and 3 contrast colours. It. It has a corrugated rib cuff and a neat fit, measuring 18 cm in diameter and 18 cm in length.

This pattern is inspired by the Victorian tiles on my front porch. It uses traditional motifs and stranded to colour work to capture the colours and tradition of the tiles.

This is a simple elegant fingerless mitt. The twisted rib cuff and picot edge top give a snug comfortable fit. The thumb is knit as an “afterthought” thumb, making it a quick, easy knit.

This pattern combines stranded colour work, and two coloured cables to create a fingerless mitt with beautiful structure and definition.
