Summer Vibes is a crescent shaped shawlette worked from the bottom up. The pattern features a wavy lace stitch.

The idea for this shawl came after a hike with my husband. As we strolled through the trees, ferns popped up along the path guiding our way. The sun rays sprinkled through the trees creating a fusion of color within the forest. Soon after I discovered AG2N “Nature” colorway and a shawl featuring a fern edging was born.
Knitting: Cowl
The pattern was designed for my Mom (Mamacita). It features a herringbone style lace panel within stockinette stitch. The cowl drapes nicely around the neck as an accessory, and could be pinned for a cozy fit.

The Bird of Paradise shawl is a crescent shaped shawl worked top down. It knits up quickly and can be worn a variety of ways.

The pattern consists of an edge stitch that reminds me of the pebbles along the lake shore and a cable reminiscent of the soft waves in the sand made by the water. When wearing this piece, I am reminded of a calm, quiet sunset at the lake.
