This sweet beanie was designed on a hot summers day while longing for autumn weather and rainy days! The ribbing measures 18 inches unstretched and it has a depth of 9 inches making it a reasonably close fitting beanie.

The Fair Isle Celebration Beanie is a simple beanie in 3 sizes, with 2 crown options. It can be knit either slouchy or more of a beret shape with a Pom Pom added. I’ve included 3 different charts for the colourwork section so that you can make the hat more than once for any one person.

Simple stitches combined with very basic mosaic work.
