This pair of long opera gloves was inspired by Sivia Harding’s beautiful Queen of Beads socks in the January 2009 Kit from the Rockin’ Sock Club. All credit for this beautiful beaded pattern should go to Sivia! The alteration to gloves was my addition.

This tie began as a funky striped yarn that was just begging to be made into a snake. The snake, knit from the tongue to the tail (in the round), was originally gifted as a child’s scarf, but after Daddy snatched up the snake up for Wacky Tie day, his full potential was realized.
