Knitting: Dress
This is the knitted version of my very first Ravelry pattern, the Basic Baby Dress.
Crochet: Hanging Ornament
A simple, quick (three rounds!) pointy star for a Christmas ornament. A small hook for the yarn makes for a fairly stiff final product, so it will display properly in the tree without having to worry about starching it.
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
It’s knitted hat season!
Crochet: Cleaning - Other
There’s not a lot to say about a bath pouf. This one is made with V-stitches to use less yarn and dry faster. It’s cute and floppy and works well.
Crochet: Earwarmers
Crochet: Booties
When my now-8-year-old daughter was born, one of the nurses exclaimed “Look at how big her feet are!”
Knitting: Tee
All of the many, many pieces of clothing I made for my youngest before he was born turned out to be huge on him even though he was a large-ish newborn.
Crochet: Skirt
Sometimes you just need something frilly.
Crochet: Skirt
Pretty but unfussy, this skirt is designed for you to pop over a onesie for a little extra cuteness.
Crochet: Tee
Tee shirts aren’t strictly necessary for cloth diapering, but they sure do make things easier, especially if you like to use woolies like I do.
Crochet: Scarf
My third daughter begged me for a scarf when neither of her older sisters would make her one. Naturally, I had to make her the frilliest scarf ever.
Crochet: Soakers
This pattern was written specifically for left-handed crocheters, but I do not think many changes (if any) will be necessary for right-handed folks.
