This pattern is a modified version of 8-Point Round Ripple by Rachel Lein, available on Ravelry. When making it in DK weight, there were a few modifications, so I wrote it up for clarity.

This is made to match Feather and Fan Scarf by Elisa Purnell and Crochet Feather and Fan Hat by Keri Nicole. I have modified their patterns to create the cowl.

A sunflower trivet / hotplate.

This is a simple ripple scarf. It matches the 5 Stitch Ripple Hat and can be purchased together as an ebook collection.

I wanted a hat to match a ripple scarf, but all the patterns I found started with magic rings and circles, not ripples. This hat starts with a foundation chain, but is worked in rounds. This lets the ripple start at the very top of the hat.

This pattern fits a regular mouth, pint-sized mason jar.
