Knitting: Pullover
This wonderful and comfortable over-sized pullover is lovely in a solid or a painted yarn. The undulating large lace pattern gives it a texture and interest that is relaxing to wear and to knit. The finished measurements go up to 54 inches 135 cm and selvage stitches can be added to increase the ease if desired. The neck is over-sized and the b...
Knitting: Coat / Jacket
This lovely coat is knit from the bottom up and has a garter stitch hem.
Knitting: Cardigan
This sweater is a regular cardigan shape, but the NORO yarn is what makes this brick-slip-stitch really gorgeous! Using 2 different balls of the same color keeps the unity of color but adds dimension and depth to the look of the fabric. I get comments on how beautiful this sweater turned out and it should be called something that has to do with...
Knitting: Headband
Keep your ears warm this winter! The basket weave pattern of the entrelac stitch is lovely in this headband when knit with Noro’s Silk Garden or hand-spun / hand-paint yarns. Framing the edges is a solid color of Silk Garden Solo.
Knitting: Scarf
This pattern is a beginning primer to learn the concept of the basket-weave stitch called Entrelac. It starts you with only the “square” shapes.
Knitting: Vest
This intarsia pattern keeps the confusion simple with yarn bobbins and only 4 balls to keep straight. It is the perfect beginner of intarsia pattern as you get a schematic for regular sizes and another for larger sizes so the information is less likely to be overwhelming. As always; make a copy and circle your intended’s sizing and read through...
Crochet: Scarf
I wrote the instructions so you could repeat the bud as many times as you like. This scarf used 5 buds on the increase and 5 buds on the decrease side. (10 total buds) I made one with 12 repeats in Fingering using the G hook and one with 14 in the same yarn and I used an D hook to make a shawl with a finer thread and 12 repeats.
Knitting: Coat / Jacket
This great jacket has a hem lower in the back than the front (a handkerchief hemline) and has long sleeves with thumb-holes. It is not just a shorter version of the Coat of Many Colors.
Knitting: Tee
The fabric is very forgiving as you can see in the pictures. I am wearing the one on the manequin (I hope to get closer to that mannequin’s size)
Knitting: Tee
This graceful little number is shaped at the waist and has a princess like neckline. I chose a cotton tape for stability in shaping, be sure to choose alternate yarns carefully and get the correct gauge.
Knitting: Coat / Jacket
I have to say, I love the fit of this coat so much, I want to wear it everyday. With Noro yarns, It goes with so much! Taiyo Aran is 40% Cotton, 30% Silk and 15% wool/ 15% Poly. The Tokanatsu is knit on a #8 48 - 60” needle in one long garter strip. if you make a vest, you will need a 16” long US8 also.
Knitting: Vest
This Pattern is very easy to knit as it incorporates slip stitches to make this illusion of vertical striping.
Knitting: Cowl
This scarf/ cowl has a rolled edge and uses a slip stitch to create the brick pattern. It is easy to knit.
Crochet: Scarf
At the time I wrote this pattern, the sky in our town is full of smoke from the many nearby fires burning. at sunset, the sky is orange with the smoke as the winds sweep the smoke away after a long hot day. The green trim is the new growth hoped for after a fire from last season.
Crochet: Scarf
Really easy crochet project. Noro yarns make it extraordinary

Crochet: Pullover
This top is lacy and drapes so beautifully over a tank! The cotton and silk Taiyo Sock yarn delivers the color story beautifully while creating great texture. The side to side construction of the tunic body is crocheted from the sleeve to the center back to the sleeve on one piece, leaving room for the center inset. If you are creative with cro...
Knitting: Tee
I wore this for the first time and felt like a princess in this lace top. I truly glowed with pride.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
These quick to knit mitts help you learn double pointed needle in the round knitting. OBI is a beautiful color changing art yarn that delivers 4 mitts with the extensive yardage. I mated mitts 1 and 3, 2 and 4 from the ball to get somewhat “matching colors” in the pairs.
