Knitting: Softies - Other

You will need seven colors of yarn (I used a little less than three yards of blue, two of dark br...

Knitting: Bedding
Every time I knit a Susan’s Squares Afghan, the cats try to steal it. So I decided to make a scaled-down version for them. It can be knit with bulky yarn or two strands of worsted weight held together (I prefer the latter).
Knitting: Animal Toy
Here’s a tiny toy bear, about 2.5 inches (6.3 cm) long, made with hardly any yarn at all. It’s perfect to use up some scraps and then go on a key chain or a mobile, or be a Christmas ornament or cat toy. With larger yarn and needles, it could be made bigger, or smaller with smaller yarn and needles.
