This is a very simple repeating pattern that is easy for beginners, and looks great when wrapped (if you know how to knit and how to pearl, you can do this one). While it’s not precisely a chevron design, the sharper angles at the start and end of the pattern show well any way you wear it.

The pattern can be easily adjusted for a range of yarn weights and needle gauges. A larger guage needle or heaver weight will simply result in a longer, thicker headband.
