As a child, every year my great-grandmother, known to all in the family as “Nanna”, would knit slippers for every one of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. The pattern she used is clearly based on a very common pattern, but she had a few modifications of her own. This is my attempt to document how best to recreate her slippers.

This scarf is a Moebius with a single half-turn. It uses two rows of one color followed by 2 of a second color, and is stitched using Moss Stitch, so that it looks continuous from the top of the pattern to the bottom.
