Knitting: Table Runner
Tulip Garden is a collection of table linens knit in 2-color Brioche, featuring a tulip bud design. This piece is a table runner knit in the round with increases forming the corners. It is seamed in the middle to form the rectangle.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
The falling leaves in the pattern, along with the increasing repeats, resemble those of the weeping willow tree. This shawl is knit with a Brioche technique beginning at the center back at the top and increases in a semi-circular direction.
Knitting: Throw
The stitch pattern in this lovely throw is inspired by the carpet of lily of the valley flowers in my yard.

Sacre Coeur is a circular afghan. The shape and colors were inspired by the beautiful stained glass windows that we saw at the Cathedral of Sacre Coeur in Paris, France. It is constructed with a modular technique. There are 114 squares and triangles but is made with only 19 individual units. This “build-as-you-go” technique reduces and simplifi...
Knitting: Throw
This afghan is made in a log-cabin quilt style. It is knit with two strands off yarn which makes it thick and cozy. There are 16 individual blocks, knit in garter stitch, that are seamed together and finished with a two-color garter stitch border.

I love all of the beautiful designs that quilters create, but I would much rather knit! The idea for Shape Shifter comes from a book on strip quilting. I liked all of the interesting angles. Because I love to knit but am not as fond of sewing the pieces together, I designed this afghan to be made with a modular technique where pieces are joined...
Knitting: Throw
This afghan is easy to make and using bulky yarn and size 10 1/2 needles, it knits up quickly. It is made with four squares knitted individually in garter stitch with simple increases and decreases, and then sewn together. It is finished with a garter stitch border.

“Cloudy Skies” is an afghan knitted in sections, or “modules”. You start by making a single small triangle in stockinette and then add more triangles until you have a hexagon and then a large triangle. Add a garter stitch border. Make six large triangles, sew them together and you have a large hexagon shaped throw. This method of modular knitti...

Knitting: Throw
I’ve always had an appreciation for hand-made quilts, but don’t have the patience to actually sew them. I would much rather knit one instead. It is surprisingly easy to do. Blocks are knit with two colors in garter stitch using simple increases and decreases, then sewn together to form the “quilt”. Then a garter stitch border finishes off the e...
Knitting: Throw
This afghan is a combination of two of my favorite knitting techniques: lace and intarsia. Each block is worked back and forth using intarsia to work multi-colored lace inserts and features either warm or cool colors. The pieces are seamed to finish the blocks which are then sewn together. An i-cord edging is added for a nice finishing. This af...

Midnight Sky is the second piece in the Forever Yours Infinity Scarf collection. These scarves are worked in the round in 2 pieces. The pieces are grafted together with a kitchener stitch along the length of the scarf. Beads are knit into the design to add a special sparkle
